Processing Time

Due to all products being personalised and uniquely custom made for each customer, we aim to process and make orders within up to 2 weeks (10 business days). During busier periods or holidays, processing may take up to 3 weeks.

On a deadline? Write us and we’ll show you what’s in stock, so you can pick from available blanks and get your order quicker.

By ordering, you are agreeing to our time frames. Please take time and consideration before placing your order and ensure you order ahead for special occasions.

Shipping Times

Within Lithuania: Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders over €80.

European Union Countries: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. During holiday periods, it may take longer. Once your package leaves our hands, we cannot control delivery times.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Changing Your Order

You may request a change within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@nonsez.com. After this time, changes may not be possible.

Custom Order Notes

Please leave any customisation notes on the checkout page. Double-check your order notes to ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

The size guide is available on each product page. All measurements are in cm.

Care & Maintenance

For embroidered items, wash with care: use gentle cycles, cold water, and mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying on high heat and ironing directly on embroidery. Follow these instructions to maintain colour and stitch quality.

Embroidery may slightly shrink or fade over time if not cared for properly.

Faulty Orders

If your item arrives faulty, contact us within 48 hours at hello@nonsez.com with photos and your order number. You must ship the item back within 14 days for a return.

Return & Refund Policy

As all items are personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Please double-check specifications and sizing before purchasing. Read our full policy here: Return Policy.

Specifications & Colour Disclaimer

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to specifications. Double-check your size and order notes before confirming.

Colours may vary due to device displays and fabric variations. We cannot guarantee an exact match to online images or thread shades.

Custom Orders

Leave clear and precise notes for custom garments. We are not responsible if instructions are unclear or incomplete. No proofs or previews can be provided due to volume.

Order Fulfilment Issues

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you and offer an alternative. If you do not accept the alternative, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
